Eat more fruits especially pineapples, bananas, kiwi. Also eat less of onions, garlic, & particularly pungent spices.
 Eat lots of veggies but certain ones can affect your smell/taste down 
there in a bad way such like the ones with strong kinda sulfur-y type 
flavors like broccoli & asparagus. . Avoid or limit yourself of coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, excessive amounts of animal products, & sodas.
